Description:
When the ECU repair is completed, you can use the external jumper wires on our device to test on the circuit board, eliminating the need to repeatedly remove and reinstall the cover.
Function:
1.The OBD breakout test box is an OBD testing tool compatible with 12 V and 24 V systems.
2.Displays designated pin voltages and communication signals (e.g., protocol activity) in real time for rapid fault identification.
3.During vehicle or component diagnostics/repair, it lets you quickly connect other devices to any of the 16 pins, or connect via the expansion board.
4.Monitors OBD-port voltage and provides high/low-voltage alarms:
Low voltage (slow beeps):
• 12 V systems: < 11.0 V
• 24 V systems: < 23.6 V
High voltage (fast beeps):
• 12 V systems: > 15.5 V
• 24 V systems: > 31 V
5.Bench testing supports ACC (accessory) ignition: one-touch IGN/Start activation or an external wake-up interface to power the ECU on a bench and run tests.
6.120 Ω termination switches:
Pins 6–14
Pins 3–11
Inserts a 120 Ω resistor in single-ECU or small bench networks to compensate for missing termination, improving signal integrity and reducing reflections. Use termination only for bench setups or when termination is missing; turn it off during normal in-vehicle use to avoid over-termination.
7.Supports installation of six 18650 cells for mobile use; the device can charge the batteries.
8.Before connecting other diagnostic devices, it can check the DLC (OBD connector) for faults such as pin shorts or reverse polarity.
9.Preserves vehicle settings during battery replacement by maintaining vehicle power (12 V/24 V).
10.Quickly checks whether Porsche OBD pins 3 and 7 are shorted.
11.Checks whether Volkswagen OBD pins 1 and 6 are shorted.
12.Checks whether Mitsubishi remote connector pins 1 and 4 are shorted.
13.Checks whether Toyota OBD pins 4 and 13 are shorted.
